Slip-on mufflers have always represented the first step in the tuning process, and within SC-Project’s product range, the S1 muffler stands out as the perfect blend of lightness, design, and sound.

Crafted from high-grade titanium, this muffler delivers an impressive weight reduction of over 60% compared to the OEM exhaust, while boosting engine performance by up to 3.1 hp and 2.0 Nm of torque at 10,700 rpm. Additionally, it ensures a constant improvement of power and torque delivery in the low and mid range.

The exhaust development reflects SC-Project’s unmistakable signature: the sound. The voice of the four-cylinder engine is enhanced with a deep and aggressive tone in full compliance with Euro 5 regulations.

The hyper-aggressive slash-cut outlet, the stunning carbon fiber end cap, and the spectacular hand-welded sector link pipe contribute to a design that perfectly matches the Z900’s look. Every detail is meticulously crafted, combining advanced technologies and premium materials to guarantee outstanding durability, top-tier quality, and high performance.

The muffler body features a laser-etched SC-Project logo. To further enhance the Z900’s look, the kit includes a high-quality carbon fiber heat shield that completely replaces the OEM part.

Installation is plug-and-play, with no need for ECU remapping.
